I love their food. Their food is amazing. The rice & beans with guacamole and the salsa are to die for. The service and employees there are so nice to me. I sometimes come to this place eat lunch after-school. 
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHIPOTLE. They constantly get orders wrong. They have messed up every single order we have ever placed for delivery. That is not an exaggeration. They don't pick up their phones so when you get an incorrect order you can't even get a refund. I've witnessed this chipotle cycle through staff for years with no improvement. This is the most mismanaged chipotle I've seen
I walked in to only find out that I had to place my order online, once again! As I expected when I ripped open my sealed bag to check my order both were... 
Terrible customer service. Arrived at store at 5:30 on Sunday. Place had a long line. Around 6 she announced online orders only from here on. She said who's been waiting already will still be serve but no new people walking in and locked the door. Well now all the people ordering online are banging on the door and they won't let them in! Us waiting in the store had to go unlock door, tell them you can only order online and then let them in if they did.When I finally got to order the worker was rude saying I didn't order online so I shouldn't be able to order. I told her I was already waiting before that went into effect. She basically said I was lieing but made my meal anyways.Have always had good experiences at other locations.
I like Chipotle but this location needs a lot of work and my review will just be touching the tip of the iceberg of the weirdness here. Every time a woman...
I'm not mad just disappointed in Chipotle (As a current shareholder) The manager at this location allows ingredients to run out at around 9:00pm consistently. If the south eastern zone rep is reading this I highly encourage you to look into this. I'm sure after looking into it you will come to the conclusion that the manager is obviously not competent enough for the job. His lack of work ethic will have a snowball effect that will effect the overall success and growth of Chipotle negatively.
It's 8:40 PM they close in an hour and 20 minutes they have no chips prepared and I asked them that I wanted some chips and they're like I'll take 15...
